Criteria for eligibility to be a Malaysian CAI trainee
- Full MMC registration
- Registered as a Parallel Pathway Trainee of the College of Anaesthesiologists, Academy of Medicine of Malaysia
- Minimum anaesthesia training of 6 months in non-accredited/ accredited hospitals which are specialist based
- Register with Medical Profession Division, Medical Development Division, MOH (only for Ministry of Health Malaysia trainees) only after securing a pass in the MCAI-MCQ.
